About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Respiratory Interventions airway portfolio for small acute care hospitals
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new business through outbound calling, lead generation, and targeted sales campaigns
  • Drive territory sales performance and achieve or exceed assigned sales objectives through virtual customer engagement and account management
  • Analyze customer, territory, and sales performance data to prioritize opportunities and develop account plans
  • Manage customer accounts, maintain regular contact, strengthen relationships, increase product utilization, and identify growth opportunities
  • Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and value propositions
  • Collaborate with field sales representatives and cross-functional partners on customer activities and business objectives
  • Facilitate product evaluations or demonstrations
  • Negotiate and close sales opportunities while addressing customer questions, concerns, and adoption barriers
  • Provide market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights for commercial strategy and business planning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 6+ years of relevant sales, customer support, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences; OR Associate's Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing competing priorities and customer needs
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
  • Preferred: experience in inside sales, virtual sales, remote sales, business development, or quota-carrying sales
  • Preferred: experience with prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, or other outbound sales activities
  • Preferred: experience utilizing CRM systems and sales performance data
  • Preferred: medical device, healthcare, respiratory care, or acute care hospital sales experience
  • Preferred: success using analytics, sales reporting, and market data to develop territory plans and drive revenue growth
  • Preferred: experience partnering with field sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Preferred: clinical background, healthcare certification, or experience supporting products used in acute care environments
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
  • Ability to consistently work an 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time schedule
