About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the maintenance of regional product allocation trackers, reporting tools, and data validation activities
- Assist with monitoring product availability, consolidating allocation requirements, and preparing allocation summaries and management reports
- Help maintain and improve recurring business reports, dashboards, and analytical tools using Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Support analysis of sales performance, inventory trends, product utilization, and key business performance indicators
- Assist regional teams with demand planning, forecasting activities, portfolio management initiatives, and business planning processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree (you must be a student during the entire internship duration)
- Fluency in English (at least B2 upper-intermediate level)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Strong organizational, cross-cultural communication, and teamwork skills with a proactive attitude and attention to detail
- Experience working with AI, Power BI, SharePoint, or other business intelligence and collaboration tools would be a plus
