About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a liaison for Clinical, Medical Affairs & HEPR functions to facilitate communication, coordination, and alignment
  • Support development, implementation, and maintenance of standardized business processes, tools, templates, and documentation
  • Coordinate collection, validation, and consolidation of data for reporting, metrics, dashboards, and business reviews
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify process gaps, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities
  • Monitor operational activities and identify, communicate, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Facilitate adoption of established processes and best practices
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational performance and consistency
  • Analyze data and business trends to develop reports, provide insights, and support decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 0 years of relevant experience
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at the time of hire and for the duration of employment; U.S. work authorization sponsorship is not offered for roles below Principal level
  • Healthcare/Medical Device Industry experience preferred
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Experience supporting global programs preferred
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
