About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support management of all aspects of the FP&A function for the LATAM Region
Provide high-level guidance and serve as a key interface for financial matters
Deliver financial modelling and analysis
Support operational decisions of business leaders
Manage revenue and expense planning, reporting, modelling and analysis
Manage Capex and perform other cost-related analysis
Strengthen business partnerships between Finance, Sales/Marketing and other functions
Track and manage areas of finance and help drive strategic goals and core business KPIs
Function as a business partner and finance liaison between LATAM Regional Finance and sub-regional teams
Provide data and insight into proposed transactions and coordinate collection, analysis and consolidation of business information
Provide financial and analytical support for LATAM Regional leadership, including sales and operating expense reporting, business reviews and ad hoc financial analyses
Participate in pre- and post-monthly close processes, identify and report variances, and analyze actual versus forecast performance
Maintain and improve reporting processes, including AOP performance, rolling forecasts and strategic plans
Assist with LATAM AOP roll-up and tracking, revenue and expense targets, regional AOP summaries, P&L summaries and forecasts
Provide revenue/expense analysis, financial accrual processing and scorecard reporting
Identify and communicate financial issues and suggest solutions to support business objectives
Report directly to the FP&A Director for LATAM

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s and an MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Experience supporting Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Sales Organizations with financial planning, forecasting, and expense reporting
Proficiency in English is required (reading, writing and speaking)
Experience working in a regional / headquarter office for Latin America
Strong proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Experience with MS-Excel/AI, including ability to develop financial modelling, data manipulation, Pivot tables or macros
Experience with SAP, Power BI and Hyperion
Prior experience in companies in the medical industry or similar regulated industry is preferred
Proficiency in Spanish is preferred
