About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Host Readiness Review conversations with OU Operations Representatives
- Help New Product Development teams complete cost and yield predictive model templates
- Conduct Launch Stability and Readiness Review reports
- Update or generate PowerBI reports from existing PowerApp
- Recommend changes and improvements to existing PowerApp functionality
- Lead or leverage cross-functional teams to evaluate, develop, and manage new product development and lifecycle-management projects
- Oversee operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between project management, planning, project teams, and line management
- Manage product and service development and implementation processes involving departmental or cross-functional teams
- Review project status and budgets, manage schedules, and prepare status reports
- Monitor projects from initiation through delivery
- Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals
- Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress, intervention, and problem solving
- Gather, plan, elicit, and manage requirements
- Communicate with stakeholders and obtain engagement to ensure end products or processes solve business problems
- Lead DfO Workshops
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years of Project Management experience OR Master’s Degree and 5+ years of experience OR PhD and 3+ years of experience
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
- New Product Development experience preferred
- Operations experience preferred
- Engineering experience preferred
- PLC experience preferred
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment, unless eligible for Principal-level sponsorship
