About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prospect and develop new and existing Ambulatory Surgery Center accounts
  • Execute strategic sales plans across cardiovascular, medical-surgical, and spine/pain product portfolios
  • Serve as the primary remote point of contact for ASC customers
  • Build and maintain long-term customer partnerships
  • Partner with field sales representatives on account strategies, customer engagement, and growth objectives
  • Coordinate cross-portfolio sales efforts and align internal stakeholders
  • Conduct virtual presentations, product education sessions, and business reviews
  • Use CRM systems, analytics, and sales data to identify opportunities, track performance, and optimize sales strategies
  • Drive portfolio penetration and product adoption
  • Deliver responsive customer support and high customer satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 10+ years OR Associate's Degree and 8+ years OR Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of sales, customer support, or related experience in medical devices, MedTech, healthcare, or life sciences
  • Experience managing customer relationships and driving business growth within healthcare-related accounts
  • Experience utilizing CRM platforms, sales analytics, or performance tracking tools
  • Ability to conduct virtual customer engagement, presentations, and business reviews
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
