  • Achieve or exceed quota

  • Forecast effectively and manage opportunities
  • Focus on the assigned district territory and customers performing hernia and abdominal wall reconstruction procedures
  • Drive to multiple accounts throughout the region

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND at least 8+ years of field sales experience, OR Associate’s Degree AND at least 6+ years of field sales experience, OR Bachelor’s Degree AND at least 4+ years of field sales experience
  • Ability to travel >50% throughout assigned territory
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reside within the assigned territory
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
  • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry
  • Strong understanding of clinical environments and ability to communicate complex product information
  • Experience building and managing key customer relationships with clinical and administrative decision-makers
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as SF.com, forecasting, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to be independently mobile and use computers and various communication media
