About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives and growth priorities
- Advise leaders on organisational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management
- Coach leaders on employee engagement, performance management, change management, and leadership effectiveness
- Analyse business performance indicators and workforce trends to inform strategic people decisions
- Collaborate with Human Resources Centres of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Learning and Development
- Support organisational transformation initiatives and guide leaders through change and ambiguity
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making through business insight and human resources expertise
- Ensure consistent application of people practices and policies across multiple countries and business units
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of HR Business Partnering / Generalist experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Candidates from premier institutes may be considered with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience partnering directly with senior leaders on organisational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives
- Experience leading or supporting organisational transformation, change management, and business growth initiatives
- Strong business acumen and ability to interpret financial, operational, and workforce data
- Experience managing complex employee relations matters and conducting investigations
- Experience ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies
- Experience collaborating with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and HR Operations teams
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to build credibility and drive outcomes across multiple organisational levels
