About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives and growth priorities
  • Advise leaders on organisational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives
  • Coach leaders on employee engagement, performance management, change management, and leadership effectiveness
  • Analyse business performance indicators and workforce trends to inform strategic people decisions
  • Collaborate with Human Resources Centres of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Learning and Development
  • Support organisational transformation initiatives and guide leaders through change and ambiguity
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making through business insight and human resources expertise
  • Ensure consistent application of people practices and policies across multiple countries and business units

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of HR Business Partnering / Generalist experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Candidates from premier institutes may be considered with 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience partnering directly with senior leaders on organisational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives
  • Experience leading or supporting organisational transformation, change management, and business growth initiatives
  • Strong business acumen and ability to interpret financial, operational, and workforce data
  • Experience managing complex employee relations matters and conducting investigations
  • Experience ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies
  • Experience collaborating with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and HR Operations teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Ability to build credibility and drive outcomes across multiple organisational levels
