About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement and pilot organizational strategy aligned with broader launch and therapy objectives
  • Lead clinical data and program planning discussions with administrators and physician stakeholders
  • Identify key stakeholders and create partnerships with Interventional Cardiologists, hypertension specialists, hospital executives, nursing, pharmacy, and related stakeholders
  • Build awareness and develop programs to improve access to hypertension care
  • Understand customer needs and recommend approved hypertension and customer program initiatives
  • Use RDN customer relationship management software to input and track activity for quarterly productivity reporting
  • Oversee and manage pilot and therapy awareness activities within the local budget
  • Collaborate with sales, clinical, reimbursement, and marketing teams to deliver customer solutions
  • Develop understanding of hypertension awareness initiatives, customer programs, materials, data, and resources
  • Partner with sales leadership and marketing on customer expansion strategies and opportunities to reach new physicians
  • Support a collaborative, customer-oriented, ethical, and execution-focused MDS team culture
  • Participate in targeted association and society events
  • Maintain compliance, administrative, and expense requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 4+ years of experience in marketing, program or market development work, sales, or sales support role OR 2 years with Advanced Degree
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Candidate must reside within the territory
  • Valid driver's license
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
  • MBA or Master's in Business, Hospital Administration, Nursing, or Life Science preferred
  • Healthcare marketing or consultative selling experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals highly desired
  • Experience working in the CV suite of a hospital, such as Cath Lab, CV program coordinator, or CV program leadership
  • Experience developing a new market, including implementation of key tactics, execution, and performance tracking
