About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the development and execution of the ENT Latin America marketing strategy
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and product communication plans
  • Support full portfolio lifecycle management, including launches, expansion, registration priorities, optimization, transitions, and end-of-life strategies
  • Analyze market dynamics, customer needs, competitive landscape, installed base, and business performance
  • Develop product positioning and value propositions using market, clinical, economic, and competitive insights
  • Partner with Sales and country teams on commercial effectiveness, market development, customer segmentation, and opportunity generation
  • Support regional business planning, AOP, forecasting, and strategic planning
  • Participate in pricing and portfolio strategy, price positioning, business cases, and regional decisions
  • Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and local teams on product availability, registrations, new technologies, and portfolio continuity
  • Develop and coordinate regional medical education and marketing initiatives, congresses, educational programs, launches, workshops, and customer engagement activities
  • Support KOL and healthcare professional engagement strategies
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives across Latin American countries and subregions
  • Manage and monitor assigned marketing budgets and investments
  • Monitor marketing performance and effectiveness, developing recommendations and optimizing future activities
  • Lead or participate in regional and local Business Reviews
  • Represent Latin American market needs to Global/Operating Unit teams and support global marketing implementation
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ENT therapy areas, technologies, clinical environment, and competitive landscape

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Healthcare, or a related field
  • Previous experience in Marketing, Product Management, Commercial Strategy, or related roles, preferably within the medical device, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries
  • Experience in portfolio management, marketing strategies, product launches, or market development initiatives
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with experience using commercial, financial, and market data
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data management and analysis, model building, business planning, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Ability to work effectively within a matrixed and multicultural organization
  • Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken
  • Spanish Advanced both written and spoken
  • Availability to travel within Latin America and internationally according to business needs
  • Experience in the medical device industry and/or surgical technologies
  • Experience working across multiple Latin American markets
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle management, pricing, forecasting, market access, medical education, or healthcare market development
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Market Access, and Global Marketing teams
