About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead growth of Medtronic's Endovascular business within the assigned territory
- Develop strategic customer relationships and drive adoption of innovative therapies
- Achieve or exceed sales objectives
- Provide healthcare professionals with product expertise, procedural support, and education
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans
- Identify opportunities within existing accounts and execute account expansion strategies
- Manage territory operations, customer coverage, account records, expenses, and policy compliance
- Scrub into aortic procedures and provide clinical expertise, technical guidance, and real-time product support
- Lead sales presentations, generate new business opportunities, and strengthen Medtronic's competitive position
- Deliver timely customer solutions and product education
- Build internal partnerships and communicate market, customer, and competitive insights
- Maintain clinical, technical, and competitive product knowledge
- Travel frequently to customer sites, transport products and equipment, stand or walk for prolonged periods, and work in clinical environments with exposure to radiation and infectious diseases
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 12+ years of relevant experience, OR Associate's Degree and 10+ years, OR Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience
- Relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related roles within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
- Candidates must reside within the assigned territory: Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, or Northern Massachusetts
- Ability to travel to multiple customer accounts throughout the region up to 80% of the time
- Valid driver's license and active insurance required
- Driving record must meet company standards
- Ability to work and/or travel outside normal business hours, including evening and weekend on-call support
- 5 years of Aortic Sales experience preferred
- Demonstrated success in sales hunting, developing new accounts, and driving market penetration for innovative technologies preferred
- Consistent top-tier performance, including recognition such as President’s Club or equivalent awards, preferred
- For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
- Principal-level U.S. work authorization and sponsorship conditions apply
