About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead growth of Medtronic's Endovascular business within the assigned territory
- Develop strategic customer relationships and drive adoption of innovative therapies
- Achieve or exceed sales objectives
- Provide physicians with product expertise, procedural support, and education
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans
- Identify opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategic account plans
- Manage territory operations, customer coverage, account records, expenses, and policy compliance
- Scrub into aortic cases and provide clinical expertise, technical guidance, and real-time product support
- Lead sales presentations and generate new business opportunities
- Deliver timely customer solutions and product education
- Build internal partnerships and communicate market, customer, and competitive insights
- Maintain clinical, technical, and competitive product knowledge
- Travel frequently to customer sites and work in clinical environments
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 12+ years of relevant experience OR Associate's Degree and 10+ years OR Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience
- Relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related roles within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
- Must reside within the assigned territory: Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, or Northern Massachusetts
- Ability to travel to multiple customer accounts throughout the region up to 80% of the time
- Valid driver's license and active insurance required
- Driving record must meet company standards
- Ability to work and/or travel outside normal business hours, including evening and weekend on-call support
- Ability to meet physical demands including frequent travel, transporting products and equipment, prolonged standing or walking, and working in clinical environments with exposure to radiation and infectious diseases
- Candidates below Principal level require unrestricted U.S. work authorization at hire and throughout employment
- For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, degree must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A)
- Preferred: 5 years of Aortic Sales experience
- Preferred: demonstrated success in sales hunting, developing new accounts, and driving market penetration
- Preferred: consistent top-tier performance, including President’s Club or equivalent recognition
