About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide technical leadership for system integration
  • Conduct interface testing within the system and during commercial support
  • Integrate the system into Electrophysiology cath lab hospital environments
  • Participate on cross-functional development teams
  • Create integration, characterization, and troubleshooting testing, training, and guidance documents
  • Develop expertise in systems engineering principles and identify opportunities to apply them
  • Support marketing, field engineering, technical services, and training and education with technical questions
  • Propose and implement changes to improve systems and/or processes
  • Travel less than 20%

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience OR Master’s with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience OR PhD with 6 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced Systems Engineering experience defining systems architecture
  • Medical device experience
  • Advanced understanding of Electrophysiology and comfort in the hospital environment
  • Experience with the application of Design Controls for medical devices
  • Demonstrated ability to create strategies and influence cross-functionally
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
  • U.S. work authorization sponsorship is offered for Principal-level roles and above; applicable work authorization requirements apply
