About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive patient referrals and therapy awareness in targeted geographies
  • Develop relationships with high-prescribing hypertension physicians and community stakeholders
  • Open new accounts in partnership with existing sales teams
  • Promote and educate customers on Symplicity therapy as a therapy specialist and resource
  • Execute focused outreach strategies in high-potential markets
  • Collaborate with senior Territory Managers on consistent messaging and territory alignment
  • Serve as a touchpoint for physicians and staff
  • Educate providers on therapy benefits and patient pathways
  • Support contract signing and onboarding for new accounts
  • Participate in clinical and sales training programs
  • Operate with a flexible project mentality in a dynamic environment
  • Maintain accurate records of account activity, outreach, and territory performance
  • Follow company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards
  • Drive to multiple accounts throughout the North Dakota/South Dakota territory
  • Support launch and expansion of the Symplicity Spyral Renal Denervation System and drive therapy adoption

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 12+ years relevant experience, OR Associate’s Degree AND 10+ years relevant experience, OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years relevant experience
  • Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
  • Desired: 8+ years sales with 4+ years in Cath Lab Sales, Medical Capital Equipment, Surgical Sales, and/or hospital pharmaceutical sales
  • Ability to teach and educate medical personnel, peers, and technical support personnel
  • Demonstrated success in sales hunting, developing new accounts, and driving market penetration for innovative technologies
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Ability to reside within the assigned North Dakota/South Dakota territory
  • Frequent travel within assigned territory
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to sit/stand/walk for 6–8 hours per day
  • Ability to operate a moving vehicle
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at hire and throughout employment for roles below Principal level; sponsorship policy applies to Principal-level roles and above
  • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, degree must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A)
