About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead or leverage cross-functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage new product development and ongoing lifecycle management projects
  • Oversee operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and management
  • Manage development and implementation of products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams
  • Define project scope, budget, and timeline and manage execution within a cross-functional team
  • Review project and budget status, manage schedules, and prepare status reports
  • Monitor projects from initiation through delivery
  • Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals
  • Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress, intervention, and problem solving
  • Gather requirements and perform requirements planning, elicitation, and management
  • Communicate with stakeholders and obtain engagement to ensure products or processes solve business problems
  • Work with internal project team members, suppliers, and business partners to develop and sustain the product portfolio

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Baccalaureate degree AND minimum of 4 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience OR PhD with 0 years relevant experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Project
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
  • Roles below the Principal level require unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
