About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead or leverage cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for new product development and ongoing lifecycle management of products, processes and therapies
- Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and management
- Manage the development and implementation process of company products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams
- Review project status and budgets, manage schedules, and prepare status reports
- Monitor projects from initiation through delivery
- Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
- Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress, intervention, and problem solving
- Gather requirements and perform requirements planning, elicitation, and management
- Communicate with stakeholders and obtain stakeholder engagement to ensure end products or processes solve business problems
- Work with internal project team members, suppliers, business partners, and cross-functional disciplines including product development, clinical, regulatory affairs, quality, operations, supplier quality, and product marketing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Baccalaureate degree AND minimum of 4 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience OR PhD with 0 years relevant experience
- Experience with Microsoft Project
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
- Roles below the Principal level require candidates to possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
