About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute short- and long-term strategic marketing plans spanning commercial strategy, product promotion, internal training, evidence strategy, and medical education
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions using customer insights and market research
- Contribute to marketing materials, sales tools, and training resources supporting field teams and product adoption
- Monitor the competitive landscape, clinical evidence trends, and emerging technologies
- Work with regional marketing and sales teams to execute marketing strategy and achieve commercial objectives
- Partner with clinical, R&D, regulatory, operations/supply chain, quality, and marketing communications teams on product initiatives and coordinated execution
- Support product strategy, launch execution, and key opinion leader engagement for the Global/US Coronary Marketing team
- Support marketing strategy for coronary intervention devices, emerging technologies, and future product launches serving coronary artery disease patients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 years of experience in marketing, product management, sales, consulting, healthcare, or a related business or commercial role (5 with advanced degree)
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
- MBA or Master's in Business, Hospital Administration, Nursing, or Life Science (nice to have)
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or digital health (nice to have)
- Familiarity with interventional cardiology, coronary procedures, and healthcare economics (nice to have)
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, analyze data, and collaborate across teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and complex problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and matrixed environments
- Proven ability to translate complex technology into simple, compelling narratives
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
- Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
