About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term strategic marketing plans covering commercial strategy, product promotion, internal training, evidence strategy, and medical education
  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions using customer insights and market research
  • Contribute to marketing materials, sales tools, and training resources supporting field teams and product adoption
  • Monitor the competitive landscape, clinical evidence trends, and emerging technologies
  • Work with regional marketing and sales teams to execute marketing strategy and achieve commercial objectives
  • Partner with clinical, R&D, regulatory, operations/supply chain, quality, and marketing communications teams on product initiatives and coordinated execution
  • Support product strategy, launch execution, and KOL engagement for the Global/US Coronary Marketing team
  • Support marketing strategy for coronary devices, emerging technologies, and future product launches serving CAD patients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7 years of experience in marketing, product management, sales, consulting, healthcare, or a related business or commercial role (5 with advanced degree)
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
  • MBA or Master's in Business, Hospital Administration, Nursing, or Life Science preferred
  • Experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or digital health preferred
  • Familiarity with interventional cardiology, coronary procedures, and healthcare economics preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, analyze data, and collaborate across teams
  • Strong communication, organizational, and complex problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and matrixed environments
  • Proven ability to translate complex technology into simple, compelling narratives
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
  • Candidates must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not offered below Principal level
