About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Configure, administer, maintain, and deploy project management tools and systems, including ResourceFirst, Prochain Fusion, Microsoft Project, and related platforms
- Evaluate business needs, define requirements, and implement improvements to project management systems and processes
- Facilitate project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting activities
- Develop and maintain project schedules, dashboards, metrics, and status reports
- Identify project risks, issues, and process gaps and implement solutions supporting schedule, quality, and productivity objectives
- Liaise between project teams, functional stakeholders, and leadership to support alignment, communication, and decision-making
- Lead or support improvements to project management methodologies, tools, governance, and operational effectiveness
- Drive stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and training for project management systems and process enhancements
- Support successful project execution and portfolio visibility across the Surgical Operating Unit
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of professional experience OR Master's degree with 2+ years of professional experience
- Experience supporting project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting activities within a business, technical, engineering, or product development environment
- Experience working with project management systems, tools, or software platforms
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to implement projects, processes, or business system improvements
- U.S. work authorization without sponsorship at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
- Preferred: 2+ years of project management experience leading or coordinating complex projects
- Preferred: 5+ years of experience in medical device product development or another highly regulated industry
- Preferred: Experience administering ResourceFirst, Prochain Fusion, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
- Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Preferred: Demonstrated success driving project management process improvements, stakeholder alignment, and project delivery in a matrixed organization
