About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead configuration, administration, maintenance, and deployment of project management tools and systems, including ResourceFirst, Prochain Fusion, and Microsoft Project
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate business needs, define requirements, and implement project management system and process improvements
  • Facilitate project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting activities
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, dashboards, metrics, and status reports
  • Identify project risks, issues, and process gaps and implement solutions supporting schedule, quality, and productivity objectives
  • Liaise with project teams, functional stakeholders, and leadership to support alignment, communication, and decision-making
  • Lead or support improvements to project management methodologies, tools, governance, and operational effectiveness
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and training for project management systems and process enhancements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of professional experience OR Master's degree with 2+ years of professional experience
  • Experience supporting project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting activities within a business, technical, engineering, or product development environment
  • Experience working with project management systems, tools, or software platforms
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to implement projects, processes, or business system improvements
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
  • 2+ years of project management experience leading or coordinating complex projects
  • 5+ years of experience in medical device product development or another highly regulated industry
  • Experience administering ResourceFirst, Prochain Fusion, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Demonstrated success driving project management process improvements, stakeholder alignment, and project delivery in a matrixed organization
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at hire and throughout employment; U.S. sponsorship is not offered below Principal level
