About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support daily commercial operations activities and business processes
  • Assist with reporting, tracking, and analysis of commercial performance
  • Maintain accurate data across commercial systems and reports
  • Work with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and other teams to resolve issues and support business needs
  • Help manage order-related, pricing, contract, and customer service processes
  • Support process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and leadership updates
  • Monitor commercial activities and escalate issues when needed
  • Support cross-functional projects and system updates
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and internal procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or reporting systems
  • Experience in medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or another regulated industry
  • Exposure to pricing, order management, contracts, or customer support processes
  • Possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
  • Ability to be independently mobile and interact with a computer and communicate with peers and co-workers
