About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead strategic program development and execution for Pelvic Health Sales
  • Drive ASC strategy, strategic contracting, robotics growth, and enterprise account alignment
  • Align Enterprise Accounts and Pelvic Health Operating Unit priorities with organizational strategy
  • Lead strategic initiatives with Enterprise Accounts and the Global Commercial Office
  • Direct house accounts and large national LUGPAs
  • Lead and coach Pelvic Health Regional Strategic Accounts leaders
  • Develop Pelvic Health portfolio account strategies
  • Orchestrate complex deals across matrixed stakeholders
  • Manage executive relationships for priority accounts
  • Develop sales enablement tools, messaging, playbooks, and activation plans
  • Oversee pipeline and opportunities
  • Build, launch, and scale strategic growth initiatives
  • Apply financial acumen to margin strategy, capital expense considerations, account targeting, outpatient market planning, and financial planning
  • Partner with business leaders, HR, and functional stakeholders
  • Shape training and development programs
  • Assess sales efforts and recommend improvements
  • Support communication and stakeholder alignment
  • Establish and monitor success measures and use data to guide decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 15 years of relevant sales experience or Advanced degree with a minimum of 13 years of relevant sales experience
  • 10+ years of managerial experience
  • Experience with IDNs
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale programs or strategic initiatives in a cross-functional environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage increased scope and complexity within a highly matrixed organization
  • Deep experience working with senior internal and external customers, including demonstrated relationship management capability with executive-level stakeholders
  • Travel 50%
  • Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy
  • U.S. work authorization without sponsorship at time of hire and for duration of employment for roles below Principal level
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
