About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define a phased approach to ICT integration across near-, mid-, and longer-term priorities
- Determine integration activities based on business readiness and value
- Assess and adjust the integration roadmap in alignment with leadership direction, execution progress, and organizational capacity
- Protect product development, clinical milestones, and commercial performance within therapy areas
- Maintain ownership and accountability within therapy areas
- Identify and advance high-value, low-disruption integration opportunities across the ICT portfolio
- Coordinate ICT leadership team meetings, quarterly business reviews, operating norms, and critical leadership-team priorities
- Define the long-term vision for an integrated ICT operating model serving interventional cardiologists
- Develop future-state operating scenarios and pathways
- Align innovation, clinical, regulatory, and commercial functions
- Define decision-making structures, operating mechanisms, and decision rights
- Enable escalation and resolution of cross-functional issues
- Facilitate alignment across R&D, clinical, regulatory, marketing, quality, finance, and HR
- Establish and lead the integration program and associated PMO
- Provide visibility into progress, milestones, dependencies, and risks
- Ensure disciplined execution against agreed priorities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience with 10+ years of managerial experience, OR advanced degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior relevant experience and 10+ years of managerial experience
- For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment for roles below Principal level
- Ability to perform the stated physical requirements, including independent mobility, computer interaction, and communication with peers and co-workers
