About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define a phased approach to ICT integration with near-, mid-, and longer-term priorities
- Establish integration activities based on business readiness and value
- Assess and adjust the integration roadmap according to leadership direction, execution progress, and organizational capacity
- Protect product development, clinical milestones, and commercial performance during integration
- Maintain ownership and accountability within therapy areas
- Identify and advance high-value, low-disruption integration opportunities across the ICT portfolio
- Support leadership alignment on integration pacing, sequencing, and rationale
- Coordinate ICT leadership team meetings, quarterly business reviews, operating norms, and critical LT priorities
- Define the long-term integrated ICT operating model and future-state scenarios
- Align innovation, clinical, regulatory, and commercial functions
- Define decision-making structures, operating mechanisms, and decision rights
- Enable escalation and resolution of cross-functional issues
- Facilitate alignment across R&D, clinical, regulatory, marketing, quality, finance, and HR
- Manage interdependencies across functions and therapy areas
- Establish and lead the integration program and associated PMO
- Provide visibility into progress, milestones, dependencies, and risks
- Ensure disciplined execution against agreed priorities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience with 10+ years of managerial experience, OR advanced degree with a minimum 13 years prior relevant experience
- Minimum of 10+ years of managerial experience
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment, unless eligible for sponsorship under the stated policy
