About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze, develop, and implement long-term supply chain strategies and networks
  • Address capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals
  • Participate in monthly IBP and weekly S&OE cycles
  • Manage long-term rough-cut capacity views and short-term planning with scenario planning
  • Identify and escalate exceptions with possible scenarios and solutions
  • Complete master data cleanup and planning system maintenance, optimization, and governance of standards
  • Create the Master Production Schedule
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for Monthly Planning Handshake/SIOP, forecast and capacity review, and Monthly and Quarterly Operation Reviews
  • Manage supply chain performance against service levels, net requirement attainment, inventory levels/inventory weeks, and backorder dollars
  • Liaise with regions, DRP teams, Customer Operations, Contract Manufacturing, Manufacturing sites, Sourcing, Marketing, and Distribution
  • Improve overall communication and process flows
  • Deliver and/or manage assigned projects and work with stakeholders to achieve results
  • Coach and review lower-level specialists and provide guidance, training, or project delegation as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Baccalaureate degree, or for degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A)
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced knowledge of the job area combining breadth and depth
  • Practical knowledge of project management may be required
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment for roles below Principal level
  • Ability to work onsite
  • Ability to manage complex supply chain planning issues and multiple job areas or specialties
