About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze, develop, and implement long-term supply chain strategies and networks addressing capacity issues and production location decisions
  • Participate in monthly IBP and weekly S&OE cycles
  • Manage long-term rough-cut capacity views and short-term planning with scenario planning
  • Identify and escalate exceptions with proposed scenarios and solutions
  • Complete master data cleanup and planning system maintenance, optimization, and governance of standards
  • Create the Master Production Schedule
  • Collaborate on Monthly Planning Handshake/SIOP, forecast and capacity reviews, and Monthly and Quarterly Operations Reviews
  • Manage supply chain performance against service-level, net-requirement-attainment, inventory-level, inventory-weeks, and backorder-dollar KPIs
  • Liaise with regions, DRP teams, Customer Operations, Contract Manufacturing, manufacturing sites, Sourcing, Marketing, and Distribution to improve communication and process flows
  • Deliver and oversee assigned projects from design through implementation
  • Coach and review lower-level specialists and may manage projects or processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Baccalaureate degree, or for degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A)
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with a baccalaureate degree
  • Alternatively, an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced knowledge of the job area combining breadth and depth
  • Practical knowledge of project management may be required
  • U.S. roles below Principal level require unrestricted U.S. work authorization at hire and throughout employment
  • Ability to work onsite
  • Ability to independently determine and develop approaches to solutions under limited supervision
  • Ability to communicate with senior internal and external customers and vendors
  • Ability to provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees
