About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead daily Spine Loaner Pool operations, including cleaning, auditing, picking, packing, and management of surgical instruments and implants
- Supervise team activities to ensure inventory availability, operational productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate product, service, and information flow from inventory receipt through customer fulfilment and returns processing
- Monitor logistics, replenishment, and inventory management processes
- Partner with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Quality, and commercial stakeholders to resolve operational and delivery issues
- Drive process improvements focused on operational excellence, efficiency, compliance, and service delivery
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and operating procedures
- Coach, develop, and manage employee performance through goal setting, feedback, training, and performance management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or distribution operations
- Experience leading or supervising operational teams
- Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, fulfilment, shipping, or distribution processes
- Experience using operational metrics and data to support performance management and decision-making
- Proven experience in the medical devices or healthcare sector
- Experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM/WMS) systems
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese
- Preferred: experience in medical devices, healthcare logistics, or loaner pool operations
- Preferred: experience supporting surgical instruments or implant inventory management
- Preferred: experience in Lean Manufacturing or Operational Excellence practices
- Preferred: experience with other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or inventory management tools
- Preferred: experience collaborating across Supply Chain, Quality, Customer Service, and Commercial functions
- Preferred: professional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese
