About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive surgeon demand across the full Surgical COT portfolio
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Identify practice trends and cultivate key customer relationships
- Work with clinical and administrative stakeholders to expand business opportunities
- Execute business reviews and contribute to regional and national conversion efforts
- Serve as the main point of contact across MDT account teams
- Lead account-level contractual strategies
- Optimize contracts and drive category expansion across One Surgical
- Own and execute quarterly Customer Business Reviews
- Develop and maintain relationships with economic and clinical stakeholders
- Engage Key Opinion Leaders to support portfolio growth
- Drive adoption and utilization of Surgical COT products, including Stapling, Energy, Wound Closure, Electrosurgery, Situate, and Access & Instrumentation
- Cultivate relationships with field distribution partners
- Leverage partnership programs and account intelligence to increase market share
- Achieve or exceed disposable and hardware quotas
- Expand contract categories and improve opportunity management and forecasting accuracy
- Drive to multiple accounts throughout the Northwest Indiana territory
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND at least 6+ years experience OR Associate’s Degree AND at least 4+ years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND at least 2+ years experience
- Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
- Must live or be able to relocate within 50 miles of the territory
- Valid driver's license is essential
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
- Proven track record in sales within the medical device or healthcare industry, preferably in surgical or related fields
- Strong understanding of clinical environments
- Experience building and managing key customer relationships with clinical and administrative decision-makers
- Ability to analyze business trends and develop actionable strategies
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., SF.com) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A)
