About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support commercial growth within assigned accounts and the broader territory
- Provide clinical and technical support before, during and after procedures
- Assist with case preparation, product demonstrations, installations and first-line product support
- Respond to technical and application-related queries from sales colleagues and external stakeholders
- Help deliver on-site education, consultation and customer follow-up while following Medtronic policies and hospital protocols
- Work alongside experienced colleagues to support healthcare professionals
- Develop clinical and technical knowledge through practical, customer-facing experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Recently graduated with a degree in a medical or health-related field
- Proficiency in English, with clear written and verbal communication skills
- Able to travel to support customer needs
- Must be currently unemployed
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must be under the age of 30
- Must not have participated in a YES programme previously
- Should not be currently enrolled in or planning to enroll in postgraduate studies
- Commits to complete 12-month internship
