About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Directly manage a team of team leaders, sales staff, and administrative staff
Indirectly oversee several dozen field employees
Foster a culture of leading by example and commitment
Strengthen processes, secure schedules, and ensure service continuity
Lead team recruitment efforts
Supervise service delivery and resolve operational issues
Ensure service commitments to clients are met
Retain the client portfolio and manage challenging situations
Lead commercial activities and identify new opportunities
Manage the budget, revenue, margins, productivity, and quality
Optimize resources and report to senior management
Be present daily at client sites and alongside teams
Visit clients regularly

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience managing a branch, a profit center, or large operational teams
Experience in multiservice operations, facility management, business services, construction, hygiene services, or mass retail is an advantage
Experience as a branch manager in services for private individuals—such as security, alarms, or insurance—or as an entrepreneur who has managed a company of around ten employees may also be suitable
Strong budget management skills
Strong KPI and performance indicator management skills
Proficiency with IT tools
Commercial acumen
Natural leadership, availability, customer focus, organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset
No technical expertise is required; the role can be learned on the job
Willingness to make a long-term commitment and progress within the company
