About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the Integrations, Infrastructure, Security, and Corporate IT functions, reporting to the CTO.
- Structure the Implementation function by organizing the team, processes, and partners’ technical journey to increase implementation capacity and integration support.
- Define the infrastructure strategy, priorities, investments, and growth, reliability, performance, security, and cost-efficiency metrics.
- Define priorities, capacity, and the operating model for the Implementation and integration technical support teams.
- Structure partners’ technical journey, from feasibility assessment through certification, go-live, and support.
- Assess technical feasibility, align scope and timelines, and anticipate dependencies with the Partnerships team.
- Lead Implementation operations and technical support in collaboration with Partnerships.
- Assess customization or development requests and coordinate dependencies with Engineering.
- Strengthen documentation, standards, support workflows, and escalation mechanisms.
- Track implementation time, predictability, integration quality, and recurring request metrics.
- Lead and develop managers and technical leaders by setting objectives, providing feedback, and monitoring performance.
- Define responsibilities, interfaces, and decision-making mechanisms across teams.
- Plan team capacity, structure, and development together with the CTO.
- Lead the cloud strategy and infrastructure evolution, balancing availability, performance, capacity, security, scalability, and costs.
- Plan and monitor the cloud budget, spending forecasts, cost allocation, and variances.
- Develop unit cost metrics and prioritize optimization opportunities.
- Lead decisions regarding investments, vendors, and capacity.
- Lead reliability, observability, incident management, and service continuity practices.
- Advance the internal developer platform, including CI/CD, environments, provisioning, and test and deployment automation.
- Reduce delivery time and manual work while preserving stability and security.
- Define security priorities and monitor mitigation plans.
- Translate technical security risks into recommendations for executive leadership.
- Manage Corporate IT, including equipment, software licenses, and vendors.
- Plan the costs, capacity, and evolution of Corporate IT services.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven leadership experience in roles involving integrations and implementation of API-based B2B solutions, including structuring and scaling these operations.
- Track record of structuring and improving implementation and technical support processes for partners, with demonstrable results in quality, predictability, efficiency, or service capacity.
- Experience managing and developing leaders while coordinating diverse teams and specialties.
- Experience defining cloud strategy, managing costs, and evolving infrastructure while balancing efficiency, reliability, performance, and scale.
- Sufficient technical knowledge to discuss APIs, integration architecture, SRE, delivery automation, and cloud environments; evaluate alternatives; and make strategic decisions alongside specialists.
- Ability to connect technical and security risks, budgets, and priorities to business impacts and objectives.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with executive leadership, business teams, technical teams, and partners, including aligning scope, timelines, and priorities.
- Experience working in growth, transformation, or operations-structuring environments, with the ability to build processes, teams, and management models.
- Experience in digital health or environments involving sensitive data and highly critical services.
- Experience with technology partner ecosystems and different B2B integration models.
- Track record of advancing internal development platforms, Developer Experience, or engineering practices at scale.
- Experience leading Corporate IT and/or Security.
- Experience with FinOps and cloud cost governance.
