About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support HR and HRBP programs and projects across the region
  • Provide administrative, project, and analytical support to HR Business Partners and HR leadership
  • Coordinate HR programs and initiatives
  • Prepare reports and presentations and analyze workforce data and employee trends
  • Support audits and compliance activities
  • Assist with employee engagement and retention efforts
  • Support HR program delivery, including leadership development, large-scale change, performance management, employee engagement, and talent management
  • Prepare training materials, set up training rooms, maintain training attendance, and manage communications
  • Compile and generate HR data reports and conduct basic analysis or research
  • Assist with planning, project management, and event management for HRBP projects and initiatives
  • Deliver assigned local and regional employee programs
  • Support regulatory audit processes and compliance documentation
  • Schedule and track management orientations
  • Respond to manager, employee, and stakeholder inquiries and direct them to appropriate HR resources
  • Maintain, process, and report HR budgets and expenses; oversee departmental supply ordering
  • Perform administrative duties including report preparation, meeting scheduling, calendar and agenda maintenance, and travel arrangements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field (HR, Business Management); in lieu of degree, minimum four (4) years of commensurate experience required
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting capabilities
