About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support SAP S/4HANA logistics, warehouse, inventory, and shipping processes
Configure and enhance SAP LE, IM, WM, HUM, shipping, receiving, and related supply chain capabilities
Gather requirements, document business processes, and translate business needs into SAP solutions
Participate in project implementations, system enhancements, and business-led initiatives from design through deployment
Support SAP Fiori applications, RF scanning solutions, and warehouse mobility technologies
Collaborate on EDI, warehouse automation, and transportation-system integrations
Drive process automation, standardization, emerging SAP capability adoption, and operational visibility
Create functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, interfaces, reports, and forms
Provide Level 1 and 2 support and participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule
Collaborate with planning, procurement, manufacturing, transportation, and customer service teams
Execute HyperCare support, including on-site logistics support in a shop floor setting when required
Analyze and optimize inbound/outbound processes, EDI/IDoc flows, and transportation execution
Ensure compliance with IT controls, cybersecurity policies, and SAP best practices
Execute testing and coordinate UAT cycles with business stakeholders
Support enterprise change management and documentation standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related discipline
3+ years of SAP configuration and support experience in logistics or supply chain processes
Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA
Primarily works in an office environment with occasional work in a shop floor setting
Ability to participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule for critical business operations
Ability to travel approximately 20%
Preferred: Exposure to SAP TM, EWM, or other advanced logistics technologies
Preferred: SAP certification in Logistics, EWM, or TM
Preferred: Knowledge of external TMS platforms, peripheral-system integration, and modern freight optimization practices
Preferred: Experience with freight costing and settlement in SAP S/4 HANA
Preferred: Experience supporting multi-plant internal supply chains
Preferred: Familiarity with AI-centric tools such as SAP Joule or Copilot
Preferred: Experience with SAP Fiori and modern user experiences
Preferred: Understanding of warehouse automation, barcode scanning, and mobile technologies
Preferred: Experience supporting EDI, IDocs, integrations, and interfaces
