About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for hourly positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience across multiple manufacturing plants
- Foster relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers during the selection process
- Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve the recruitment process
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide updates and feedback
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and documentation
- Source candidates consistent with requisition goals and deliverables
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with Workday is strongly preferred
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the process and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws
