About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute the DACH partner strategy for the Mendix Data & AI portfolio
  • Drive partner-led pipeline, ARR growth, and new business acquisition
  • Prioritize and strengthen the DACH partner ecosystem
  • Build partner capability around Low-Code, AI, Data Analytics, Agentic Transformation, and ICX
  • Create joint business, territory, and go-to-market plans with strategic partners
  • Coordinate account mapping, campaigns, events, and opportunity sourcing with sales, marketing, pre-sales, services, and renewal teams
  • Improve opportunity development, customer engagement, pipeline quality, deal ownership, and forecast visibility
  • Drive business, sales, and technical enablement programs for partners
  • Identify capability, sales-capacity, and delivery-readiness gaps and define development plans
  • Build trusted relationships with partner leadership, sales, and delivery teams
  • Align Siemens stakeholders and partners around strategic opportunities and account teams
  • Maintain ownership, rules of engagement, and Siemens representation across partner accounts and customer opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in partner management, channel sales, alliance management, business development, ecosystem development, or enterprise software sales
  • Experience building partner business and territory plans and driving partner-led pipeline, ARR growth, and new business acquisition
  • Understanding of SaaS, recurring revenue models, partner economics, and resell, co-sell, and services motions
  • Commercial, structured stakeholder engagement across partner and Siemens teams
  • Experience in enterprise software, cloud, AI, data analytics, digital transformation, or low-code platforms preferred
  • Experience working in or strong familiarity with the DACH business environment
  • Fluent German and English
  • Based in Germany, preferably within reach of a major Siemens location
  • Ability to travel regularly across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
