About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead continuous technical enablement of ICX partners
Develop and deliver technical workshops, architecture sessions, and training programs
Educate partners on agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, knowledge graphs, and enterprise AI governance
Guide partners in integrating Mendix, ICX Graph capabilities, AI services, and enterprise data
Design and architect enterprise agentic AI use cases for partner clients
Provide technical consultation and architectural guidance throughout client engagements
Help partners model customer domains as enterprise ontologies, build agents and machine learning, and deliver agentic applications
Address technical questions, concerns, and competitive objections
Develop business and technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts with partners
Showcase application governance, scalability, security, and lifecycle-management best practices
Demonstrate integration with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms
Act as a trusted technical advisor and contribute to partner ecosystem growth
Collaborate with sales teams and global ICX leaders to optimize the partner engagement model
Provide partner feedback and market insights to influence the ICX product roadmap

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience leading, coaching, mentoring, and enabling technical teams, ideally in a partner-facing or channel context
Strong hands-on experience designing agents and AI solutions grounded in enterprise data, including LLMs, retrieval, tool use, and Multi-Concept Programming (MCP)
Expertise modelling real business domains as an ontology or knowledge graph and applying it in an enterprise environment
Experience with modern data and AI platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Google Cloud, AWS data lakes, Palantir, or C3.ai
Experience with Mendix application development, architecture, or consulting, including integration with AI services and enterprise processes
Proficiency understanding, integrating, and modelling enterprise data for AI applications
Experience leading client engagements and delivery teams in agentic AI, data, and analytics
Ability to lead working sessions with technical and business stakeholders, including executives
Proven track record leading client engagements and delivery teams, ideally with partner development, enablement, or management focus
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, pharma, aerospace, or financial services is a significant plus
Familiarity with Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot is highly valued
Ability to work in the United States
