About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead strategic engagements, particularly where ICX and Xcelerator are being combined in new or complex ways
  • Provide senior technical and strategic guidance across lighthouse accounts without owning every stage or every engagement
  • Define reference architectures, accelerators, patterns and value cases for Engineers and zones to reuse
  • Provide enablement and coaching, helping develop Engineers and establishing the career path toward the Principal bar
  • Help assure Year-1 success on strategic accounts and support expansion where appropriate
  • Channel insights and learnings from live customer engagements back to R&D to inform product and practice evolution
  • Set the direction of the ICX Engineering practice globally
  • Engage with the most strategic customers on AI initiatives
  • Build and validate solutions on customer data, demonstrate value, and support transition from proof to implementation and expansion

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Full-stack solution architecture: designs end-to-end data, AI and application solutions and remains hands-on in the build
  • Experience with ontology and knowledge-graph design is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to position ICX against Databricks, Snowflake and Palantir in front of a customer in a live deal
  • Ability to identify use cases and build business cases with customers
  • Executive presence and ability to navigate and mobilize a large organization to unblock a deal
  • Deep industry knowledge; industry depth is a plus rather than a requirement for every hire
  • Meaningful depth across automotive, aerospace, industrial machinery, electronics and pharma is sought across the ten Principals
