About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales Leadership and develop an understanding of business priorities, sales goals, field challenges, and seller performance needs
  • Consult with leaders and sellers to identify capability, process, knowledge, adoption, and execution gaps and recommend root-cause-based solutions
  • Design, develop, facilitate, and implement enablement programs aligned to business priorities and measurable outcomes
  • Create and maintain learning content, sales tools, communications, playbooks, videos, and performance-support resources
  • Support product launches, messaging updates, sales initiatives, process changes, technology adoption, and organizational change
  • Partner with frontline managers to reinforce learning, coaching, adoption, and ongoing development
  • Leverage sales enablement, CRM, analytics, automation, AI, and productivity technologies to improve efficiency, scalability, and business impact
  • Develop and manage content within sales enablement platforms such as Showpad or similar technologies
  • Measure enablement effectiveness and use feedback and performance insights to improve programs and resources
  • Lead multiple initiatives while collaborating with Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders
  • Contribute to the evolution of Merative Sales Enablement practices, tools, processes, and capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, learning and development, sales, marketing, performance consulting, or a related field
  • Experience partnering directly with Sales Leaders and business stakeholders to identify needs and develop solutions
  • Strong consulting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose business challenges, identify root causes, and recommend appropriate interventions
  • Experience designing and delivering enablement programs, learning experiences, content, or performance-support solutions
  • Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional partners without direct authority
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and drive initiatives from concept through execution
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging technology to improve business processes, productivity, user experience, or organizational performance
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools, automation technologies, analytics platforms, or digital productivity solutions
  • Experience with sales enablement platforms such as Showpad, Seismic, SalesHood, Mindtickle, Brainshark, or similar technologies
  • Experience creating digital learning, sales content, and video-based enablement materials
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and related productivity tools
  • Familiarity with CRM, sales productivity, analytics, and related technologies such as Salesforce
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate, adopt, and apply emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and identify practical applications
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
  • Preferred: experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, clinical, health technology, or a related industry
  • Preferred: experience supporting complex consultative B2B sales organizations
  • Preferred: experience with sales methodologies, manager enablement/coaching, performance consulting, change management, or organizational effectiveness
  • Preferred: experience building new programs, frameworks, processes, or approaches within an evolving organization
