About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Transform briefs into copy, videos, emails, and content that capture attention and generate leads for the sales team
Work in a B2B market focused on the retail sector
Serve as the operational point of contact with the performance marketing agency
Support the migration of marketing automation from RD Station to HubSpot
Write persuasive copy for ads, emails, landing pages, and social media
Produce organic content for Instagram and LinkedIn in line with the editorial calendar
Prepare briefs for the Design team and review assets before publication
Write scripts, record, and edit short-form videos for Reels, Shorts, and Stories, for organic channels and ads
Operate RD Station: create and send emails, manage lists and forms, and build lead-nurturing workflows
Support the migration to HubSpot by organizing lists, recreating emails, forms, and workflows, and conducting tests
Monitor Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns and suggest tests for creative assets, headlines, and targeting
Act as the liaison with the performance marketing agency by sending briefs, tracking deadlines, and reviewing reports
Monitor CTR, CPL, ROAS, conversion, and engagement
Consolidate weekly reports for Marketing leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
More than 2 years of experience in digital marketing, including internships
Strong copywriting skills, with excellent command of standard written language and a portfolio of texts, posts, or videos
Experience with RD Station, Meta Ads, Google Ads, CapCut or Canva, and Google Workspace
Understanding of inbound marketing, including funnels, lead generation, and lead nurturing
Comfortable working with metrics and spreadsheets
Experience with HubSpot
Experience working at marketing or advertising agencies
Experience in B2B, SaaS, or retail and supermarket marketing
