アーキテクチャ/API/データ/セキュリティ/運用などの技術的設計判断を自律的に行い、トレードオフをビジネス文脈で説明できる方
BE/FE/データ/QA等および周辺職種への越境に抵抗がなく、未経験領域も自走で立ち上げられる方
周囲のメンバーのメンタリングやコーチングに取り組める方
AIエージェントやLLMアプリケーションの評価設計経験（歓迎）
