3年以上の企業法務経験、または同等の実務経験
複雑な法規制・技術・リスクに関する情報を、実務で運用可能なルール・プロセス・判断基準に落とし込めること
国内外の法規制をリサーチ・解釈し、具体的な案件に即して法的リスクと実行可能な対応策を提示できること
日本語：Proficient (CEFR - C1) 必須
歓迎：AIガバナンス領域の実務経験
歓迎：AI関連の法規制・ガイドライン等（EU AI Act、AI事業者ガイドライン等）の知識・実務経験
