About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Product組織における組織運営上の課題を特定し、解決策の企画から導入、定着、継続的な改善までを推進する
プロダクト開発の状況や重要な意思決定を可視化するための、レポーティングプロセスおよび運用基盤を設計・改善する
全体ミーティングや各種重要ミーティング、ドキュメントなど、組織内のコミュニケーションパスを整理・最適化する
Product組織に属するメンバー向けのオンボーディングプロセスやナレッジ共有の仕組みを構築する
施策の効果を定性・定量の両面から検証し、得られた知見を再利用可能なプロセスやベストプラクティスとして展開する
AIを活用し、組織運営やナレッジマネジメントの効率化・高度化を推進する
多様なステークホルダーと合意形成し、組織横断の変化を推進する
拡張性のある仕組みを設計し、利用状況やフィードバックをもとに継続的に改善する

Requirements

What you’ll need

This job requires Japanese language ability
Product Management、Product Operations、Program Management、またはそれらに準ずる実務経験
プロダクト組織における組織・業務プロセスの改善に携わった経験
曖昧かつ複雑な課題を構造化し、具体的な施策や仕組みに落とし込む能力
Product、Engineeringなど複数の職種・組織のステークホルダーと合意形成し、施策を推進した経験
ドキュメントを用いて情報や論点を整理し、分かりやすく伝える能力
日本語：ネイティブレベル
英語：特に無し。理想的にはB1以上
生成AIを活用した業務プロセス改善の経験（歓迎）
自社プロダクトの企画・開発・運営に携わった経験（歓迎）
複数職種を巻き込んだ組織横断の改善プロジェクトや変革を推進した経験（歓迎）
データや定性的なフィードバックを活用し、組織課題の特定や施策の効果検証を行った経験（歓迎）
