About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop vision and strategic plans for the product portfolio, focusing on GLP-1 applications
  • Define long-range planning, product portfolio positioning, and portfolio evolution
  • Drive the product development roadmap, including business cases, market sizing, financial analysis, and forecasting
  • Lead product launches from concept through commercialization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, commercial, operations, and other business partners in a global matrix organization
  • Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and customer feedback related to GLP-1
  • Translate market and customer insights into strategies for new and existing products
  • Develop and execute Annual Operating Plans, including go-to-market execution, revenue growth, operating margin, innovation, and lifecycle management
  • Formulate pricing strategies
  • Present updates and insights to stakeholders, sponsors, and senior management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or engineering discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in a product management and/or strategic marketing role, preferably within the bioprocessing industry
  • Experience in the bioprocessing industry and single-use manufacturing, ideally in sampling and Fill & Finish applications
  • Strong understanding of single-use assemblies and their role in sampling and Fill & Finish applications
  • Familiarity with the GLP-1 market and its dynamics is highly desirable
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze business impact and make effective decisions
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation proficiency
  • Self-motivated and energetic, with ability to drive business results and initiatives
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and with agility
  • Ability to influence and navigate within a global matrix organization
