About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage, coach, and develop Mercury's Executive Business Partners

  • Establish operating principles and best practices for executive support
  • Evaluate, pilot, and roll out AI tools and workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience managing and developing Executive Assistants or Executive Business Partners, ideally in a high-growth or dynamic environment
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to meaningfully increase a team's leverage
  • Experience partnering with VP- and C-suite-level leaders
  • Strong point of view on excellent, AI-forward executive support
  • Strong people leadership skills, including setting expectations, delivering thoughtful feedback, developing talent, and adapting management approach
  • Excellent judgment and ability to balance competing priorities across individual leaders, the team, and the broader company
  • Curiosity about the business and new tools
  • Comfort moving between strategic and tactical work
  • Willingness to jump into details when needed
