Key responsibilities & impact

Lead an experienced engineering team of 13, consisting of Android and iOS engineers, including one backend engineer
Mentor, retain, and provide feedback to high-performing engineers of all skill levels
Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and calculated risk-taking
Work with engineering leaders, designers, product leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders
Sell ideas across teams, influence product roadmaps, and create structured approaches that elevate mobile without unnecessary overhead
Connect mobile with the broader engineering organization by translating mobile constraints and opportunities for backend, web, and infrastructure teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of engineering management leading mobile and/or web engineering teams
Strong expertise in both iOS and Android development
Familiarity with Kotlin for Android and Swift/RxSwift for iOS
Experience building and shipping new products
Ability to develop engineers, create clear advancement paths, and build teams that execute independently while staying aligned with broader company goals
