Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead projects from idea to technical specification, implementation, and launch
  • Learn and apply knowledge of authorization, clearing, settlement, and disputes
  • Build features across the stack, from customer-facing card experiences to backend money-movement systems
  • Help maintain excellent operations and observability

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong full-stack experience, a product mindset, systems thinking, and a knack for getting things across the line
  • Experience making architectural decisions on complex systems and explaining reasoning and trade-offs
  • Care about correctness in systems where failure has real financial consequences
  • Clear communication, ability to handle ambiguity, and interest in mentoring others
  • Comfortable with Haskell and TypeScript or ready to learn
  • Bonus: experience in fintech, payments, or card issuing
