About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary revenue cycle performance contact for Clinic and/or Facility Operations Leadership as well as physician and/or facility department managers
Provide communication with physician office managers, facility department managers, and Virtual Business Office (VBO) operations, as appropriate
Assure effective revenue cycle results for the community served
Travel within the community regularly
Travel periodically across the Health System

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma
A minimum of 5 years related hospital or practice management experience
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Interpersonal skills necessary to build positive relationships with practices and departments, revenue leaders, and within Mercy Revenue Management
Ability to work independently to accomplish job responsibilities
High personal integrity and work ethic
Ability to travel within their community regularly
Ability to travel periodically across the Health System
Knowledge of Epic applications
Bachelor's degree preferred
