About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide institutional expertise in clinical care delivery as it relates to the Electronic Health Record (EHR) Program
- Evaluate and promote new technologies focused on streamlining clinical documentation and assessment processes
- Participate in development and advanced implementation support of automated clinical processes
- Provide at-the-elbow and other end-user support for all EHR users
- Provide regular onsite/in-person support to Mercy Clinics in the Northwest Arkansas community
- Split time between onsite and remote work
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate's degree in a healthcare field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience with electronic health records
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant technical or business work experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Preferred previous experience with Epic EHR
- Preferred experience with data analytics and data management associated with systems evaluation
- Preferred experience in medical policy documentation
- Experience working independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment
- Experience with business applications
- Occasional out-of-town travel required
