About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, performance management, and HR compliance initiatives across the organization
  • Lead recruitment and retention programs for clinical, professional, technical, clerical, and service positions
  • Oversee sourcing, screening, job fairs, college recruitment, and vendor partnerships
  • Supervise, coach, and develop HR team members
  • Manage employee engagement, action planning, and retention initiatives
  • Oversee performance management programs, job descriptions, and classifications
  • Advise leaders on HR policies, procedures, employee relations, and workforce matters
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Analyze workforce metrics, exit interview data, and recruitment outcomes to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage recruitment advertising strategies, budgets, and external agency relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Three (3) years of Human Resources experience
  • Supervisory/lead responsibility experience
  • Knowledge of employment laws, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to lead recruitment, retention, engagement, performance management, and HR compliance initiatives
  • Ability to analyze workforce metrics, exit interview data, and recruitment outcomes
  • Ability to manage recruitment advertising strategies, budgets, and external agency relationships
